When will my order be shipped? 

For physical products, processing times for each order may vary between 2 and 5 business days. Once your order is processed it will be shipped out immediately.

Digital products will arrive via email within a few hours of your order being placed. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do 📦

For physical products, US and Canadian orders are expected to arrive between 1 and 2 weeks and international orders are expected to arrive in 2+ weeks. 

Digital products can be purchased from anywhere in the world.

Where do you operate from? 

Hermana Agency is owned and operating from our hometown in Calgary, AB, Canada though all physical orders are shipped out of our fulfilment warehouse in California, USA.
